Overview The Civil Aviation Authority is proposing amendments to the Air Navigation Order 2016 and Implementing Rules subject to UK Regulation 2018/1139, to adopt the amendments introduced to the Convention on International Civil Aviation Annex 1, Chapter 5. The amendments enable issue of perso
